Alchemy Art Studios primarily operates as a B2B manufacturer and exporter. Our products are intended for:

• Private label companies
• Wholesalers
• Distributors
• Importers

We do not guarantee retail consumer rights unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

3. Use of Website

4. Product Information & Custom Manufacturing

4.1 Product Representations

• Product specifications are subject to change for quality improvement purposes.

4.2 Custom Orders & Private Label Production

For customized candle jars, branding (stickers, embossing, debossing, screen printing, electroplating), tinted glass, borosilicate, mercury finishes, holographic coatings, and private label candle production:

• Production begins only after written confirmation of specifications, artwork approval, and receipt of agreed advance payment.
• Clients are solely responsible for verifying artwork accuracy, spelling, dimensions, and compliance requirements prior to final approval.
• Any modification requested after production commencement may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
• Customised and made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless manufacturing defects are proven.

   

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, insurance, and customs charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
• Payment terms (advance, LC, milestone-based, etc.) will be mutually agreed and documented in writing.
• Failure to comply with payment terms may result in order suspension or cancellation.

We reserve the right to revise pricing due to raw material fluctuations, currency exchange variations, or regulatory changes prior to confirmed payment.

6. Manufacturing & Delivery Timelines

• Production timelines are estimates and subject to raw material availability, production scheduling, and order complexity.
• Delivery timelines depend on shipping methods, customs clearance, and external logistics providers.
• Time shall not be considered “of the essence” unless expressly stated in a written contract.

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute breach of contract.

7. Shipping, Risk & Incoterms

All international shipments shall be governed by mutually agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.).

• Risk of loss transfers as per the agreed Incoterm.
• The buyer is responsible for import compliance, local duties, regulatory approvals, and product certifications unless otherwise contractually agreed.
• Alchemy Art Studios is not liable for delays or losses caused by customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, or force majeure events.

   

8. Inspection & Claims

• Clients must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
• Any claim regarding defects, shortages, or non-conformity must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Claims must include clear photographic evidence and detailed documentation.

Failure to notify within this period shall constitute acceptance of goods.

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion, subject to verification.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website including:

• Brand name “Alchemy Art Studios”
• Logos and trademarks
• Product images and videos
• Website design and content
• Marketing materials

are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

For custom orders:

• Clients warrant that provided artwork does not infringe third-party intellectual property.
• The client shall indemnify Alchemy Art Studios against claims arising from IP violations in supplied designs.
• We reserve the right to use non-confidential product images for portfolio and marketing unless restricted in writing.

   

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website operation.

   

11. Regulatory & Compliance Responsibility

While we strive to manufacture products aligned with international standards, final compliance with destination country laws, labeling regulations, and safety standards remains the responsibility of the importer unless otherwise agreed contractually.

12. Force Majeure
